Leonard Ndegwa is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Human Quality Assessment Services (HuQAS). HuQAS is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that has been offering Proficiency Testing Services (PT) and related Technical trainings to Diagnostic and Research Laboratories since the year 2000.

The primary aim for HuQAS is to help medical laboratories produce accurate, reliable and comparable results at all time, while at the same time working towards improving and standardizing medical laboratory testing.
