Mr. Aden holds a BScN & MSN Disease Epidemiology and is the Chief Nursing Officer of Garissa County. He is also a NNAK National Elected Official board member.

Aden has over 20 years of experience in clinical health and disease epidemiology. He serves as a consultant to various health institutions within Kenya and particularly in Garissa County. He is an advocate of Health Systems approach to delivery of care
